So what is involved?
Well, really it's all down to the time, the place, the commitment and the others.
The Time
How much time do you have? How much time do I have? We need time to talk - I need to know who you are. What you're about. What your company's about. If you're really under pressure let's talk on the phone or exchange a few emails. Give your PA permission to talk to me. I want every corporate portrait image to be my best ever; my time is your time.
The Place
Do we need to book location space, perhaps the boardroom or a maybe a quiet corner or corridor? Do we go into the workplace or include a leisure pursuit, the passion that defines you. Would something less formal and more active be better? What about a city street location? The UK or anywhere - most of Europe is do-able in a day. I can meet you anywhere. I am a location photographer I hate the confines of a studio.
The Commitment
If you value your corporate photography, you need to make time for this. If you’re under pressure and it helps, I'll visit your premises prior to the shoot, look around and discuss various backgrounds and locations I could use before the shoot. Maybe even photograph someone else in the locations so you can see my ideas.
The Others
Do you need shots of anyone else? If I'm with you for the day I'm happy to photograph more than one person, if the day's well organised it's no problem.
