If you see a friend across the street you might shout and wave to get their attention - but when you're face to face you talk
Fanfares and flashing graphics are the same as shouting and waving.
When someone starts watching your DVD or website movie - you've got their attention - you're face to face - talk to them, don't wave and shout, they'll think you're nuts!
My video production style is very conversational.
